Saigon River, the river flows through the area of Ho Chi Minh city with many ports located along the shores, it counts as a symbol of the cargo transport. In the urban development projects, Saigon River not only means transport but a place where urban residents can come and look for peace in the noisy and vibrant life of Ho Chi Minh city. The river will change its appearance according to the flow of nature, culture, and people here.
'Stretch Sail "will pick up and blend these flows together that performed through its two sails, creating a dynamic architecture and bring the city "excitement".
1. "Sail" Tower
The high tower is used for apartments block and the low one is for leased office block. Both sails (tower blocks) are tilted riverward to have a panoramic view of Saigon River from the wings. There is a core columns placed between the apartments tower and offices tower to support these two sails.
2. The tower platform "Rock"
Shopping center is located at the tower platform. The enclosing wall outside the tower platform is made of black granite layer. The front of shopping center is lined with glass as an image of gemstone emerging from a rock mass that was imbued with flows. The tower platform is the powerful concentration place where it is formed and transmitted.
