At present, with high demand for modern working space, the office buildings are being well chosen solution, suitable to economic, engineering, and land conditions ... For big cities like Hochiminh city, this type of work can often pose the following issues: Architecture solution: ensuring the workspace have the best conditions (facilities, sufficient natural light,...); Systems of engineering (electricity, water, communications system ...) are sufficient, reasonable, good, and easy for maintenance; Meeting the needs, modern work culture (working space should be flexible, open, improving interaction among departments).
From the above matters, the designer sets out the full and reasonable solution, supplements some additional facilities needed to continue his design: Ensuring a flexible and reasonable working space. Utilizing maximum usable area and natural conditions; Arranging technical systems to be convenient, reasonable, and discreet; Solving the needs and convenience of modern working environment (adjusting, adding facilities: computer networking, telephone, internet ...); Creating easy circulation between indoor spaces and convenient traffic for accessing to the city trunk-roads (Pham Ngoc Thach street).
