DESIGN CONCEPT

Head office of the Vung Liem District Party Committee is the district-level head office of the Party playing a leadership role in the overall political system. Its architecture needs to manifest: Coherent clarity of a multi-function organization; The elegance and poise of a direction agency; But still manifest friendly features, close to the contiguous space and communication relations.
