This architectural structure is the challenge with a large demand being formed in urban areas: small and medium office building. The work is so closely tied to a normal area of less than 200m2 but it must satisfy the requirements of function, technique, and exit... simultaneously to maximize economic efficiency and have new and attractive architecture. This is really a fascinating challenge and V-Building is a proof of a new creative for this category.
V.Building has had the voice of : The comfortable front of a minimal sub-area; Sacrificing much land at the ground floor to have much more attractiveness of building. Its area is not large but has adequate services with professional and luxurious space; Exit stair appears a unique front; The facade faces to the West, shows the bold and unexpected features with low slits; Using simple and modern materials also brings new traits to the work.
Simplicity, originality, cubic shapes, and pure geometry appearing explicit, elegant, simple but creative are the very language of this work.Site area: 320 sqm
